DENZEL LIVINGSTON
 
He did it again.  Denzel Livingston turned in a stellar week at Incarnate Word and he is the top male athlete for February 9 to February 15.  This is the fourth time for Livingston to receive the weekly honor and the second consecutive seven-day period.
 
It was a two-game week for Livingston and his basketball Cardinals teammates.  They won both games and Livingston dominated.
 
He led in scoring both games averaging 31.5.  He averaged 5.5 rebounds leading once.  He averaged 5.0 assists and led both contests.  He averaged 1.0 blocks and led once.  He averaged 5.0 steals and led both times.
 
From the field he shot 17-34 for .500 including 4-9 on three’s for .445.  At the free throw line he was a total 25-27 for .926.
 
Each game consisted of 40 minutes and he played all 80.  And, he surpassed 30 points in both contests for the fourth and fifth times this season to go over that amount.
 
Livingston is a senior guard from Houston.  He is studying general business at UIW.
