SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word football team had 25 players named to the Phil Steele Preseason All-Southland Team. With six returning starters and a new coaching staff, the Cardinals make up more than one fifth of the All-Southland team chosen from the 10 Southland Conference institutions.
