SAN ANTONIO -- The University of the Incarnate Word's swimming and diving teams have announced their 2026-2027 schedule under third-year head coach Tony Miller. 

The Cardinals will open the season at home, hosting TCU at Ann Barshop Natatorium on Sept. 26. UIW will then travel to Dallas to face SMU a tri-meet with Oklahoma Christian University on Oct. 2 before closing out the month at the Rice Fall Splash in Houston on Oct. 9. 

UIW returns to San Antonio for a three-meet stretch, beginning with the Alumni Meet on Nov. 13. The team will then host its midseason prelims/finals meet at the Southwest ISD Aquatic Center from Nov. 20-22.

Following the holiday break, UIW returns to competition on Jan. 16, hosting Trinity University for Senior Day. The Cardinals will close out their regular season at the Sterkel Invite in Austin on Jan. 30. 

The postseason begins with Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF) Conference Championships. The diving championship will take place Feb. 16-19 in Flagstaff, Arizona, while the women's swimming championship will run Feb. 17-20 in St. George, Utah. The men's swimming championships will follow Feb. 22-25, also in St. George, Utah. 

Select divers will compete at the NCAA Zone "D" Diving Championship from March 9-11, with a chance to qualify for the NCAA Championships. The NCAA Championships will be held in Austin, with the women's championships scheduled for March 17-20 and the men's championship set for March 24-27.
