SAN ANTONIO – The Division I Football Championship Committee released its Top 10 FCS in-season rankings on Wednesday, predicting the University of the Incarnate Word as the No. 9 seed for playoffs. The Cardinals await the FCS Selection Show that is set to air Sunday, November 24 at 11:30 a.m. CT.

The FCS playoffs include 24 teams with 10 automatic bids and 14 at-large bids. The Cardinals look to secure the 2024 Southland Conference Championship to serve as the SLC's automatic bid into postseason play.

First-round byes are given to the top eight seeded teams in the FCS playoff bracket, with those teams beginning postseason on Saturday, December 7.
