SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word football team returns home to host No. 11 Central Arkansas at 6:30 p.m. (CT) on Friday night in Benson Stadium. Prior to the game, UIW's seniors will be recognized in a Senior Night ceremony.

PROMOTIONS
- SENIOR DAY - UIW will recognize 23 senior football student-athletes for Senior Night. The ceremony will take place 25 minutes prior to the game.
- FAN ZONE - The Cardinals will have a family-friendly Fan Zone, where there will be a bounce house, an obstacle course, Cheesy Jane's, Tiff's Treats and so much more. The Fan Zone is located in the parking lot between the football field and the tennis courts.
- RECOGNITIONS - The baseball and softball teams will be recognized on the field during the game.

THE CARDINALS
- Jon Copeland threw for 181 yards against New Mexico State on Nov. 16, becoming the first UIW QB in program history to eclipse 3,000 passing yards in a single season. He now has 3,003 yards through the air in 2019.
- The Cardinals have forced at least one turnover in 23 consecutive games, dating back to the 2017 season.
- UIW leads not only the FCS, but all Division I football with 33 forced turnovers.
- The Cardinals have 16 fumbles recovered, which is tied for the Division I lead (FCS opponent Miss. Valley and FBS leader Illinois also have 16).
- Keyondrick Philio scored his ninth rushing touchdown of the season – and his seventh short-yard TD – with a one-yard rush in the second quarter against NM State.
- Ce'Cori Tolds caught a kickoff in the end zone, ran to the right side of the field and retuned the ball 100 yards for a touchdown at NM State. This was the first kickoff returned for a touchdown for UIW since Desmond Hite (vs. Nicholls Oct. 28, 2017).

SCOUTING NO. 11 CENTRAL ARKANSAS
- Central Arkansas is 8-3 overall with a 6-2 mark in Southland Conference action following a 30-7 victory over Stephen F. Austin on Nov. 16. The Bears are ranked No. 11 in both the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll and the STATS FCS Poll.
- Breylin Smith leads the Bears offensively, having completed 267 of 419 pass attempts for 3,210 yards and 26 touchdowns. He has thrown 13 interceptions this season.
- With these passing yards, Smith ranks third in the league and seventh in the nation.
- Juan Jackson has a team-high 53 tackles (38 ua, 15 asst). He also has two pass breakups and two forced fumbles.
