SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Fresh off their record-setting outing against LSU-Alexandria, the University of the Incarnate Word women's basketball team will welcome Texas A&M-Kingsville to the McDermott Convocation Center for a 5:30 p.m. bout on Tuesday.

The Cardinals (1-9) picked up their first win of the season and first win of the
Christy Smith era on Dec. 20, setting numerous program and Southland Conference records in the process.
The Javelinas (7-3) got off to a hot start in 2016, and are coming off of a 60-47 victory over Midwestern State on Dec. 19.
