STORK GIFFORD, England -- After two standout years with the University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball program,
Davion Bailey is getting his chance to play at the next level.
Bailey recently signed a contract with the Bristol Flyers, who compete in Super League Basketball, a professional operation based out of the United Kingdom.Â
This opportunity comes after Bailey led the Southland Conference in scoring each of the least two seasons. He averaged 16.7 points per-game during the 2024-25 season and 18.6 in 2025-26.
While with the Cardinals, he established himself as one of the top outside shooters in the country. His 126 made 3-pointers were the third most in the NCAA in 24-25.
Bailey is one of two former Cardinals to currently be under contract professionally. Former guard Dwight Murrary Jr., who was with the program from 2018-20, has spent the past two seasons with the College Park Skyhawks, an NBA G-League affiliate of the Atlanta Hawks.
