SAN ANTONIO -- The University of the Incarnate Word's women's golf team has announced its fall and spring schedule for the 2026-27 season under third-year head coach Archie Ramos. The Cardinals will compete at four tournaments in the fall and five in the spring before postseason play.
The season will officially kick off at the Red Raider Invitational in Lubbock, Texas at the Rawls Golf Course (Sep. 22-23). The Cardinals will travel to Kansas for the Powercat Classic (Sep. 28-29) and New Mexico for the Golf Iconic Classic (Oct. 12-14) before wrapping up the fall schedule in Miami at the Pat Bradley Invitational (Oct. 26-27).
The Cardinals will tee off at the Golf Club of Houston Invitational on Feb. 8 to begin the spring schedule. UIW will stay in Texas for the next four tournaments, with matches hosted by Sam Houston (Feb. 14-16), Abilene Christian (March 1-2) and UTSA (March 9-10). The final regular-season event for the team will be in Louisiana at the ULM Invitational (March 29-30).
Postseason play begins April 12-14 at the Southland Conference Championship in San Marcos, Texas, at the Kissing Tree Golf Club. NCAA Regionals are scheduled for May 10-12, followed by the NCAA Championship on May 21-26 in Carlsbad, CA, at the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa.
