STANFORD, CA – The University of the Incarnate Word artistic swimming program concluded competition in the 2026 MPSF Artistic Swimming Championships on Sunday morning, claiming second overall in the standings at the Avery Aquatic Center on the campus of Stanford University.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Incarnate Word scored a total of 89 points across the two days of competition to tally a runner-up finish.
• Stanford was crowned the MPSF Champion with 101 total points.
• In the trio event, the team of Lauren Bell, Fernanda Carmona Vasquez, and Elizabeth Battista turned in a 220.48-point performance to finish in second place, just 4.5 points shy of Stanford.
• The Cardinals registered 185.57 points in the team competition, a tally good enough for third place overall.
