SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball team travels to Louisiana to face Nicholls State University on Thursday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. CT and the University of New Orleans (UNO) on Saturday, Feb. 12, at 4 p.m. for the second round of Southland Conference play.

LAST TIME THEY MET
The Cardinals last faced the Colonels on Thursday, Feb. 3, at the McDermott Center when they fell, 63-60, in a neck-in-neck battle. Robert "RJ" Glasper led the Cardinal offense with 13 points.
UIW last faced UNO on Saturday, Feb. 5, when the Cardinals defeated the Privateers, 78-70, in an upset win against the number one team in the Southland Conference. Glasper had a career-high 34 points against UNO.
UIW
The Cardinals are coming off a big win against UNO where they scored a season-high 78 points to lead them to a victory. UIW is 2-4 in Thibodaux, Louisiana, and looks to break a three-game losing streak when playing at Nicholls.
NICHOLLS
Currently on a three-game win streak, the Colonels look to continue to push through the Southland Conference. Nicholls is 14-9 overall, 4-2 in Southland Conference play and 6-1 at home.
UNO
The Privateers will face Texas A&M-Corpus Christi prior to the matchup against the Cardinals. UNO looks to continue its success in the SLC where it still holds the top slot with a 6-1 record.

- Glasper leads the Cardinal offense with 352 total points while averaging 15.3 points a game.
- Drew Lutz leads UIW at the free-throw line with 62 made, shooting 85% on the season
