NEW ORLEANS, LA – The University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball program fell to the Privateers of the University of New Orleans, 84-57, Saturday evening at Lakefront Arena.
Three Cardinals registered double-digit points.
Josh Morgan led the pack with 15, followed by a 13-point performance from both Robert "RJ" Glasper and
Brandon Swaby.
Glasper kicked off the Cardinal offense early in the game with a fancy euro-step, then came right back down the court to knock down the corner three to cut the lead to 13-11. The Privateers went on an offensive run to keep the 42-24 advantage heading into the break. The UNO offense continued its momentum throughout the second half to clinch an 84-57 victory.
