Box Score SAN ANTONIO -- The University of the Incarnate Word softball team dropped the series finale against Houston Baptist on Friday, falling to the Huskies 12-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED
HBU got out to an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first before adding four runs in the third and seven more in the fourth to close out the 12-0 victory.

UP NEXT
The Cardinals will return to action on Tuesday, April 23, for a midweek road matchup against crosstown rivals UTSA. First pitch is set for 6 pm.
