SPRINGVILLE, Utah -- The University of the Incarnate Word women's golf team finished ninth in the Hobble Creek Fall Classic tournament Tuesday. Tulsa won the tournament.
NOTABLES
- As a team, the Cardinals shot a combined 301 Tuesday, ten strokes better than their second round on Monday.
- Gracie Aday led the Cardinals with rounds of 72-79-72 during the 54-hole tournament.
- Lauren Mancha, Charlotte Davis, Sterling Phillips and Makenna Davidson also played for UIW.
COACH HOWARTH SAID
"This week was a great test for us. We learned a lot about what we need to work on to prepare for the next event. We are excited to get back to San Antonio and get better every day."
