SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word women's tennis team fell 7-0 to Louisiana Tech at the Clarence Mabry Tennis Center Saturday morning.

The powerful squad of Louisiana Tech (5-4) didn't slow down throughout the morning. They earned the doubles' point with wins at the #1 and #3. The Cardinal duo of Victoria Kareh and Sarah Savedra took the #2 spot with a 6-4 win.

The Bulldogs then took all six singles' matches from the Cardinals to complete the shutout.

The Cardinals will now be on the road for their next four matches. They will travel to San Marcos for a doubleheader against Laredo Community College at 9 a.m. and Texas State at 3 p.m.
