Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Visiting LIU-Brooklyn scored nine runs in both ends of a doubleheader against University of the Incarnate Word on Saturday at Sullivan Field and it was enough to sweep the twin bill, 9-7 and 9-2 in baseball action.

The first game of the day was a pitcher's duel through four innings with the Cardinals (2-8) holding onto a 2-1 lead. In the top of the fifth inning, the Blackbirds (3-4) erupted for five runs.
