FOUR GET LEAGUE HONORS

Casey Bulls got Lone Star honors in the classroom and on the courts.

On the eve of the Lone Star Conference tennis championships the league announced its season honors and a foursome from Incarnate Word came away among the winners.

For her efforts both on the courts and in the classroom Casey Bulls was voted onto the LSC all-academic team.  She has maintained a 3.80 grade point average while studying business administration.  Bulls then doubled up by being named honorable mention on the court.

Two Cardinals were voted first team in both singles and doubles.  Ivana Katavic and Maggae Doney got the honors in singles.  And because they play as a team in doubles they received first team honors there as well.

The fourth UIW player to get on the honors list was Andi Botha who was voted honorable mention for her play on the courts.
