Junior Lydia Werchan led the Cardinal defense with 18 digs and two other Cardinals also had double digit digs.  Freshman Kelci Lind had 13 while sophomore Sarah Cardenas had 11.  Vidaurri had three blocks against the Javelinas; two block assists and one solo block.  The Cardinals had eight total team blocks.

For the Javelinas, sophomore Lauryn Lozano led the way to their five-set win with 28 kills and a .392 attacking percentage.  Lozano was just one of four Javelinas with double digit kills.  Senior Sondra Cui had 47 assists and helped defensively with seven digs.

Junior Ali Insell led the Texas A&M-Kingsville defense with 28 of the team's 90 digs.  Sophomore Bethany Friesenhahn with 20 digs and seven blocks - six block assists and one solo block.  The Javelinas had 10 total team blocks.

The Cardinals return to San Antonio for their last two matches of the season.  Those games will be on Saturday, Nov. 5 and Tuesday, Nov. 8 against Tarleton State and Texas A&M International respectively.  Saturday's game will start at 2 p.m. and Tuesday's game will start at 7 p.m.
