Women's Golf Stays Steady on Final Day of Betsy Rawls Invitational

AUSTIN, TX – The Incarnate Word women's golf team completed the third and final round at the Betsy Rawls Invitational hosted by the University of Texas on Tuesday at the University of Texas Golf Club.

After several players finished the second round early Tuesday morning, the field concluded play with the third round of action. The Cardinals matched their second round score in today's finale, carding a team +48 on the scorecard.

Isabella Saenz was the team's top finisher on Tuesday, turning in an 80 (+8) with birdies on holes three and seven during the round.

Jordan Sandoval, Maria Jose Ramirez, and Rachel Seal each finished +14 on the day, while Victoria Bauer followed with a +15 performance in the final round.

Incarnate Word plays its final regular season tournament in two weeks when the team travels to Beaumont, Texas, for the Lamar Cardinal Challenge on March 30-31 at the Beaumont Country Club.
