SAN ANTONIO - The University of the Incarnate Word men's and women's cross country teams are set to compete at the Cowboy Jamboree. The meet will take place in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Last Time Out
The men's team dominated the field at the UIW Invitational, placing five in the top ten. Eric Pineda led the way for the Cardinals, finishing in fourth with a 19:32 time. Ethan Malesich (19:46) and Bryan Mileski (19:51) finished right behind him in sixth and seventh, respectively. James Butler (19:58) and Jared Laverty (19:58) rounded out the top ten.
Freshman Stoya Laydevant (18:34) led the way for the women's side for the Red and Black as she finished thirteenth. Vera Maisaje (18:42) finished right behind her in fifteenth. Oceane Cercueil (18:46) and Emily Torres (18:58) rounded out the top 20, finishing seventeenth and twentieth, respectively.
The Cardinals will be competing at the Greiner Family Oklahoma State Cross Country Course
with women's 6k at 8:15 a.m. and the men's 8k at 8:50 a.m.
