SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball team travels to Houston to face Houston Baptist University (HBU) on Thursday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m. CT. The Cardinals continue to Lake Charles, Louisiana, to face McNeese State University (MSU) on Saturday, Feb. 26, at 3 p.m.

LAST TIME THEY MET
The Cardinals last faced the Huskies on Jan. 20 when UIW fell in a close, 68-65 game. RJ Glasper contributed a 15-point performance, followed by
Josh Morgan and
Benjamin Griscti, who chipped in 10 points each.
UIW last faced the Cowboys on Jan. 22 when the Cardinals fell, 82-72.
Charlie Yoder led UIW with 25 points.
Bradley Akhile followed with 15 points that helped sparked the Cardinal offense. The Cardinals are 2-1 against the Cowboys over the past three years.
UIW
The Cardinals are coming off a 92-84 win against Southeastern Louisiana University on Saturday, Feb. 19. Glasper led the Cardinals with a 29-point performance, followed by 25 points from Yoder.
HBU
The Huskies are coming off an 84-70 loss against Nicholls on Thursday, Feb. 24. HBU is currently on a two-game losing streak with a 5-5 home game record. Darius Lee leads the Huskies, averaging 17 points per game.
MSU
The Cowboys host Texas A&M-Corpus Christi prior to UIW heading to the Legacy Center. McNeese is coming off an 88-75 loss against Southland Conference leader the University of New Orleans. Christian Shumate leads the Cowboy offense, averaging 12.5 points per game.

- Glasper leads the Cardinals, averaging 15.3 points per game.
- Brandon Swaby has a team-best 134 boards for UIW this season.
- Drew Lutz's 27 steals is a team high for the Cardinals.
