SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word women's tennis team was defeated, 7-0, by visiting Abilene Christian Saturday morning in front of a capacity crowd at the Mabry Tennis Center.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
 
After taking the doubles point, ACU earned singles victories in the #4, 3, and 1 spots to seal the win.
 
UIW still has a chance to earn a spot in the upcoming Southland Conference Tournament, but the Cardinals must defeat Stephen F. Austin next Saturday, Apr. 21, in the regular season finale.
