HOUSTON, Texas – Sophomore transfer Sara Djurdjevic won the #4 singles match, 4-6, 6-3, 10-7, but the University of Houston won the other six matches to spoil the University of the Incarnate Word women's tennis spring opener, 6-1, Sunday from the Winston Tennis Facility.
 
The #3 doubles team of Jelena Dordan and Alejandra Tamayo won their match, 5-4, but the win didn't count, as the Cougars won the first two doubles matches in the Best-of-3 format.
