SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The University of the Incarnate Word women's soccer team fell to the Central Arkansas Bears 5-0 in Friday night's away game.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Bears (9-3-0, 4-0-0 SLC) Camille Bassett carried her team to victory over the Cardinals (3-6-1, 2-2-0 SLC) scoring three goals and making one assist. Ashley Smith and Dayna Mounie each had one goal for the Bears.
The Cardinals took only eight shots in the game while the Bears took 24.
Karey Tylman lead UIW with four shots, two of them being on goal. Goalkeeper
Haley Nelson played 61 minutes and had six saves.

Now the Cardinals will travel to Northwestern State (5-5-0) to take on the Lady Demons on their home turf on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
