Seven members of the Incarnate Word Men's Track and Field team were named to the 2026 Southland Conference Men's Outdoor Track and Field All-Conference Teams.

The Southland Conference awards All-Conference honors based on the finishes at the Outdoor Track and Field Championships. A first-place finish warrants first team honors, second place is second team placement, and third place earns third team placement.  

Anthony Zapata headlined the list of Cardinal honorees as the First Team honoree in the 1,500. Zapata won the 1,500 meters in 3:48.34 to claim the award. Ethan Malesich was a second-team recipient in the 1,500 as well as a third-team honoree in the 3,000-meter steeple. James Butler was the second-team recipient in the 3,000-meter steeple after finishing second with a time of 9:07.82.

The Cardinals had two All-Conference recipients in the decathlon as Mika Funck and Tommaso Franze placed second and third in the event at the championships. Funck earned second-team honors with 7,363 points and Franze is the third-team honoree with 7,263 points. Jonah Ulbricht is the last Cardinal to be named Southland All-Conference as he was named Third-Team All-Conference in pole vault.
