NACOGDOCHES, TX. – The University of the Incarnate Word baseball team will visit Stephen F. Austin University for its final series of the regular season. The three-game set kicks off Thursday at 6:05 p.m.

UIW   

• Rob Liddington Jr. is the Red and Black BA. leader, batting .364. Liddington leads the team with 71 hits and 49 runs scored. Liddington also leads the team in home runs (13). Rey Mendoza leads the Cardinals in RBI with 53. Mendoza is also tied for the team lead in home runs with 13. 

• Josh Salinas is 2-6 in ten starts and has pitched to a 6.68 ERA. In 63.1 innings, Salinas struck out 54 batters. 

• The Cardinals enter the week 17-30 (3-24), after dropping their series to UTRGV this past weekend. 

Scouting the Lumberjacks 

• Josh Ibe leads the team batting .345 with 50 hits, 43 RBI, and 31 runs scored.  

• Cody Templeton is 5-4 in 12 starts and has pitched to a 4.12 ERA. In 78.2 innings, Templeton has struck out 55 batters.  

• The Lumberjacks enter the week 15-31 (6-21) after defeating McNeese this past weekend.
