SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word student-athletes continued to show their championship mentality in the classroom as 131 student-athletes were named to the 2024 Southland Conference Fall Commissioners Honor Roll.

For the seventh consecutive semester the Cardinals have led the Southland Conference with the most student-athletes on the commissioners honor roll. This fall Stephen F. Austin had the second most on the honor roll with 128 and Lamar had 115. 
 
This list is made of student-athletes from football, volleyball, women's soccer, along with men's and women's cross country. To earn a spot on the honor roll you must have at least a 3.0 GPA. 28 student-athletes left no doubt with a 4.0 in the fall semester. 

Football led the way with 64 student-athletes on the honor roll. Women's soccer added 24 names and volleyball had 16 student-athletes qualify. Men's and women's cross country rounded out the group with a combined 27 student-athletes making the list.
