SAN ANTONIO – The University of the Incarnate Word cross country team announced its schedule for the 2024 season.   

Dr. Derek Riedel is returning for his 20th season with the Cardinals. The seven-time Southland Conference Coach of the Year has put together several deep and successful squads during his tenure at UIW.  

The season officially gets underway Friday, August 30 as the Cardinals host the inaugural UIW Twilight meet. Next, the Cardinals host the UIW Invitational on Friday September 13. Following two away meets, the Cardinals will then travel to New Orleans for the Southland Conference Tournament November 1.
