SAN ANTONIO – In a whole team effort, the University of the Incarnate Word women's basketball team defeated Dallas Christian University, 103-52, on Saturday afternoon. The entire squad entered the game with all 13 scoring points on the day.

Raimi McCrary (14),
Kaylee Howell (11), and
Paloma Simón (11) all scored in double digits for the Cardinals.
Dallas Christian scored its first bucket of the game midway through the first to end UIW's 14-point run (14-2). The Crusaders ended the quarter with five points as the Cardinals cruised to a commanding 25-5 start.
DCC's Alyssa Matthews scored all 15 of the Crusaders' points in the second quarter behind five 3-pointers to end the half 54-20.
Several bench players saw action for the Cardinals, with a total of 62 bench points on the game as UIW took the 103-52 victory.
