ABILENE, Texas – The University of the Incarnate Word men's basketball team fell to Abilene Christian, 98-65, on Saturday, Dec. 4.
RJ Glasper (23) and
Drew Lutz (19) combined for 42 points, while
Dylan Hayman contributed 10 points off the bench.
Lutz scored the Cardinals' first four points of the game to put UIW on the board as the Wildcats jumped to an 8-4 lead. Glasper later knocked down back-to-back treys to cut the lead to 34-15, but the Cardinals ended the half down, 55-27, behind Lutz's 13 points.
The Wildcats extended their lead in the second half to win the game.
