CONWAY, Ark. -- The University of the Incarnate Word women's soccer team dropped a 6-0 decision at the Central Arkansas Bears on Sunday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Central Arkansas jumped out to a quick lead, scoring goals in the 3rd and 8th minute to open the game 2-0. The Bears added four more goals for a 6-0 halftime lead.
Cailey Croson had a major save off a UCA penalty kick in the 42nd minute. The Cardinals offense contributed 14 shots in the game, with nine on goal.
The second half was scoreless as UCA secured the victory.
