Box Score vs Dallas Baptist

The Incarnate Word men's tennis team played a couple of quick and easy games this weekend to improve their record to 7-5.

In the first match the Cardinals easily swept Dallas Baptist with a score of 7-0.  UIW won all three doubles matches and the first four singles matches causing the coaches to decide to end the match due to some travel plans.  The doubles lineup for the Cards looked slightly different with Kevin Rodriguez and Nick Mikulcic getting the action. They won their match 8-3 to get their first wins of the year.

Incarnate Word immediately hit the road up to Oklahoma for a match against Southeastern Oklahoma. Once again the match was quick and easy, Cards grabbed the 5-2 win. That improves their LSC record to 2-1.

Next up for the Cardinals is a home match against Our Lady of the Lake University on Thursday (1:00 PM) and then a home match against St. Edwards on Friday (3:00 PM).
