Biography
High School: Fording was on the volleyball team at Sandra Day O'Connor High School. She was a team captain as a senior and earned First Team All-District 27-5A honors as a junior and senior. She led O'Connor to three straight Bi-District titles and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Fording is the daughter of Robert and Kathy Fording and is studying kinesiology. She has two sisters, Kelsey and Kelli. She was born on December 8, 1994.
