Allard joined the UIW volleyball program prior to the 2013 season and helped the team post a 13-13 record in their first year at the Division I level. She was in charge of the team’s statistical analysis and played a key role in practices.
Allard played two years of professional volleyball in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico prior to coming to UIW. She has previous coaching experience as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Trinity University. She played collegiately at Laredo Community College and at Angelo State.
The San Antonio native earned a bachelors degree in kinesiology from Angelo State University. She attended Warren High School.
