2013 (Junior): Mundy played in 14 games for the Cardinals. She scored two goals and offered one assist from the midfield. She scored her first career goal, a game-winner goal against cross-town rivals, Our Lady of the Lake. A strike from outside of the penalty box that sailed past the keeper was the only goal of the game to secure the Cardinals a win.  She followed that another game-winning goal in her very next game, a 3-1 win at Florida Southern.  She picked up her only assist of the season in a 5-0 win over Northwestern State.

2012 (Sophomore): Mundy came off the bench in 15 games for the Cardinals. She assisted on the team's first goal of the year in a 2-1 loss against Regis. She fired her only shot on goal at Midwestern State.

Previous: Mundy played one season at McNeese State where she was the team’s third-leading scorer as a freshman. She tallied three goals and an assist in 16 games while making eight starts.

High School: Mundy starred at Pope John XXIII High School in Katy, TX. She led the team to a State 3A TAPPS runner-up finish in 2009 and a state championship in 2010. She was a four-year starter and was twice named all-district and all-state. She played for the Challenge Soccer Club as an attacking midfielder and was also an Olympic Development State Pool player.

Personal: Mundy is the daughter of Peter and Ana Mundy and is studying nursing. Her sister Sophia Mundy played at both University of Portland and University of Houston before starting a professional career. She has another sister, Ali Mundy, and was born on October 21, 1993. She has been an active volunteer with Special Olympics, Loaves and Fishes and vacation bible school.
