University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

Previous:  McKinney played a season at South Plains College before transferring to Kilgore College.  She averaged 7.9 points and 3.6 rebounds per game at Kilgore.  As a freshman, she averaged 12.7 points and 6.7 rebounds per game at South Plains.

High School:  McKinney was an All-State selection at Arlington Bowie High School as a junior.  She was a three-time First Team All-District choice.  She was the District 4-5A Offensive MVP as a junior and the District 8-5A Newcomer of the Year as a freshman.  She led the team to a District 4-5A title in 2009-10.

Personal:  McKinney is the daughter of Lawrence and Cheryl McKinney and is studying psychology.  She has four sisters; Sabrina, Courtney, Taryn and Cydnei.  She was born on March 6, 1992.
