2012-13 (Junior):  Douglas capped off a solid first campaign with the Cardinals by earning Lone Star Conference Newcomer of the Year honors.  She started 14 of the 24 games she played in appearing at both point guard and shooting guard.  She averaged 6.6 points per game and picked up 38 steals on the season.  She had an outstanding performance in a win at St. Mary's when she scored 11 points, handed out five assists and had five steals.  She scored in double figures each time the team played Abilene Christian scoring 15 points on the road and 14 points at home.  She poured in a season high 18 points while draining 4-of-5 three-point attempts at West Texas A&M.

Previous:  Douglas averaged 4.1 points and 2.1 assists per game as a sophomore at Blinn College.  She contributed 4.0 points and 1.8 assists per game as a freshman.

High School:  Douglas was on the basketball and track teams at Del Valle High School.  As a senior, she earned first team All-State and All-Region honors after averaging 12.8 points, eight assists and four rebounds per game.  She led the team to a Final Four appearance.  She was on the A+B Honor Roll throughout her career.

Personal:  Douglas is the daughter of Kimberly Douglas and is studying biology with a minor in nursing.  She was born on March 30, 1992.
