Meghan Thornburg joined the University of the Incarnate Word women's basketball program in the summer of 2021 as their Director of Operations.
Thornburg spent the 2020-2021 season as the Administrative Assistant for the University of North Carolina Wilmington women's basketball program. The season prior, 2019-2020, she was the Director of Basketball Operations for Central Michigan.
While obtaining her Master's degree in Sports and Recreation from 2017-2019, Thornburg served as the graduate assistant for the Purdue women's basketball team after spending the previous four years as their head manager while obtaining her Bacherlor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management (2012-2017).
Thornburg is originally from Shelbyville, Indiana.
