2022-23 (Freshman): Silas used his redshirt year and did not compete in his freshman season.

High School: Livingston played right down the road from UIW at Robert G. Cole High School where he had a phenomenal career. Senior year, Livingston averaged 17.8 points, 4.6 assists, and 2.5 steals per game. Livingston and Cole High School had another outstanding year as they finished runner up at the 2022 UIL Class 3A State Championship and Livingston was named to the 3A State Tournament team. He was also named to the UIL Class 3A All-State team and received TABC Academic All-State honors during the 2021-2022 season.

His junior year he averaged 18.4 points, 4.4 assists, and 3.5 steals per game. That same year he was name to the 2021 UIL State Class 3A All-Tournament team, was named the 26-3A Co-District MVP, and was honored with the TABC Class 3A All-State. Not only was it a successful year for Livingston individually, but also for his team as Cole High School won the 2021 UIL Class 3A State Championship.

Sophomore year, Livingston and Cole High School were set for a tournament run after going 32-6 in the regular season before the season was cut short due to the pandemic. He averaged 10.5 points per game.

Livingston was a letter winner his freshman year at Cole High School where he averaged 8.0 points per game. The Cougars posted a tremendous 34-5 record and went on to win Region 4 of the 3A Playoffs. The playoff run came up short losing in the semifinals of the State 3A Championship.

Personal: Silas is the son of and Sharonda & James.... has two brothers named James Jr. and Elijah...Silas is studying Computer Science.
