2021-2022 (Graduate Year): Medical Redshirt at Incarnate Word.

Previous: Schutte played three seasons at Hofstra. He appeared in 22 games during the 2020-2021 season, averaging 1.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game. Schutte grabbed 60 rebounds and accounted for 11 blocks for the Pride in the COVID-shortened 2020-21 season...In three seasons, he played in 64 games compiling 476 minutes, .532 shooting percentage (42-for-79) and .440 (11-for-25) from the foul line and totaled 149 rebounds, eight assists, 23 blocks and 11 steals.

High School: Schutte played soccer and basketball at CSE Zwolle in Zwolle, Netherlands. He was a member of the U18, U20 and U24 Dutch National Teams. He helped U20 team to back-to-back Dutch Cup Championships in 2016 and 2017.

Personal: The son of Gert-Poul Schutte and Lucy Helliger.... has two siblings, Jason and Veronique Schutte.... received a Master's degree in Marketing last year during his Medical Redshirt at UIW and now plans to pursue a Master's degree in Sports Management.
