2015-16 (Junior): Kite appeared in 22 games with three starts. He played in a season-high 22 minutes at Sacramento State, where he scored six points on 3-for-4 shooting and also pulled down five rebounds. He was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2014-15 (Sophomore):  Kite became eligible to play for the Cardinals at the conclusion of the first semester.  He played in 21 games while registering one start in his first season at UIW.  On December 22, He dished out two assists and recorded one steal in just seven minutes against Tulsa.  Against New Orleans on January 12, he grabbed nine rebounds off the bench in just 19 minutes of action. On March 5, Kite provided a spark off the bench with four rebounds and a bucket against Abilene Christian.  He was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

Previous:  Kite spent one season at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

High School:  Kite was on the basketball team at Antonian College Prep.  He was a first team all-State and all-district pick as a senior.  He was a three-time second team all-district selection and was the district Newcomer of the Year as a freshman.  He helped lead his team to a pair of State semifinal appearances and a TAPPS District 2-5A title as a senior.  He was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal:  Kite is the son of Raymond and Laurie Kite and is studying computer information systems with a minor in business administration.  He has one sibling, Jorden.  He was born on September 27, 1993.
