2014-15: Green had to sit out the season due to NCAA Division I transfer rules.
Previous: Green spent two seasons with the Wichita State Shockers program, red-shirting the 2012-13 season. He appeared in 28 games averaging 4.9 minutes per game and scoring a total of 32 points with 16 rebounds for the regular season No. 1 team in the nation this past season.
High School: Green attended Klein Forest High School. He was a three-time District 13-5A selection and was the MVP as a senior when he averaged 16.8 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. He averaged 12.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per game as a junior.
Personal: Green is the son of Rodney and Yorbarnette Green and is studying criminal justice and sociology. He has a brother, Deontaye. He was born on November 3, 1993.
