Quentin Holder is coming into his second season as Director of Player Development with the UIW men’s basketball program. Holder originally joined the Cardinals in the 2023-24 season.
Holder came to UIW from Central Michigan, where he spent the 2022-23 season as head manager with the basketball program. His responsibilities included video coordination, opponent scouting, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Prior to his time as a student manager, Holder served as a practice player with the women’s basketball program at Central Michigan in 2020-21. The team advanced to the NCAA Tournament after winning the MAC.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Holder earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Central Michigan University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at UIW.
