Frank Rizzo is in his first season as Director of Video and Analytics with the UIW men’s basketball program.
Rizzo comes to San Antonio from Rutgers University, where he worked for four seasons as a student manager with the men’s basketball program under renowned head coach Steve Pikiell. He assisted with all aspects of the program, including opponent scouting, video breakdown, and advanced analytics.
Rizzo also worked closely with multiple NBA players while at Rutgers, including San Antonio Spurs second-overall draft pick Dylan Harper and Utah Jazz fifth-overall draft pick Ace Bailey, as well as Cam Spencer with the Memphis Grizzlies and Ron Harper Jr. with the Boston Celtics.
A native of Long Island, New York, Rizzo earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Rutgers University in 2025 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at UIW.
