Aidan Kunst enters his first season as Assistant Coach and third with the UIW men’s basketball program in 2025-26.
During his first two years in San Antonio, Kunst served as the Director of Player Personnel, managing recruiting efforts and coordinating scouting and video.
Prior to arriving in San Antonio, Kunst worked for two seasons as a varsity assistant and head freshman coach with the West Lafayette High School basketball program. He assisted with all aspects of the program, including opponent scouting and video breakdown.
Kunst also spent one season coaching AAU basketball with the Kyle Guy Elite program on the NY2LA circuit, where he helped develop seven players who went on to play at the collegiate level.
The Evansville, Indiana native earned a Master’s of Sports Management degree from UIW in 2025 and a bachelor’s degree in education from Purdue University in 2023.
