Aidan Kunst is in his second season as Director of Recruiting/Player Personnel with the UIW men’s basketball program. Kunst came to UIW in the 2023-24 season.
Prior to arriving in San Antonio, Kunst worked for two seasons as a varsity assistant and head freshman coach with the West Lafayette High School basketball program. He assisted with all aspects of the program, including opponent scouting and video breakdown.
Kunst also spent one season coaching AAU basketball with the Kyle Guy Elite program on the NY2LA circuit, where he helped develop seven players who went on to play collegiately.
A native of Evansville, Indiana, Kunst earned his bachelor’s degree in education from Purdue University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sports Management at UIW.
