Biography

2013 (Freshman):  Davis was thrust into a starting role as a true freshman at defensive end and struggled at times, but showed plenty of potential.  He played in eight games and made three starts. His best game came against Texas College where he made two tackles, including a tackle for loss.  He had five tackles for the season.

High School:  Davis was on the football, basketball and track teams at Newman Smith High School.  He earned first team all-district honors as a senior at defensive end.  He recorded 33 tackles, four sacks and 11 tackles for loss during the year. 

Personal:  Davis is the son of Troy and Kristi Davis and studying computer information systems.  He has two siblings, Tia and Taelor.  He was born on January 27, 1995.
