Redshirt Junior (2020): Was the starting quarterback for the Texans, playing in seven of their eight games … Threw for 1,542 yards and 11 touchdowns, completing 59.3 percent (127-214) of his throws, adding just three interceptions … Had his best game at Dixie State on March 13, where he completed 23-of-33 (.697) for 347 yards and four touchdowns, both career-high marks at the time … Threw for 200+ yards four times and had two multi-TD games, throwing three touchdowns vs. Midwestern State on March 20 … Went the first five games without an interception … Completed 60+ percent of his passes in four straight games from March 6-27 (79-of-119, .664).
