University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2013 (Sophomore):  Fishbeck did not take any snaps as a quarterback, but found a role as the long snapper on special teams.  He played in the final 10 games of the year and was integral to the special teams punt unit that did not held opponents to 2.8 yards per punt return.  The team did not allow a blocked punt when he snapped the ball.

2012 (Freshman):  Fishbeck only appeared in one game as a backup quarterback.  He made his first varsity appearance at Sam Houston State and completed his only pass attempt.  He was named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2011 (Red-Shirt):  Fishbeck red-shirted his first year at Incarnate Word.  He was named to the Lone Star Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School:  Fishbeck was a three-year starter at Gregory-Portland High School where he threw for 3,792 yards and 29 touchdowns.  He was a three-time academic all-district selection and was named to the 2011 Academic All-State team.  In 2008, he was the District 30-4A and Corpus Christi All-South Texas Newcomer of the Year.  As a junior and senior, he earned first team all-district honors.  He also played basketball.

Personal:  Fishbeck is the son of Russell and Randi Fishbeck and is studying accounting.  He has one sister and was born on June 21, 1992.
