University of the Incarnate Word Athletics

2021: Thomas appeared in 9 games for the Cardinals in 2021. Thomas finished the season with 18 total tackles, including 9 solo tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss. He had a career high 6 tackles against Sam Houston State University during the 2021 playoffs, which also included 0.5 tackles for loss. 

2020 (Freshman): (Spring 2021)  Appeared in three games...had two tackles (1 unassisted, 1 assisted) and one pass breakup against Sam Houston on April 17.

High School: Played at Jefferson High School in Jefferson, Texas, under Antwain Jimmerson… as a senior wide receiver, amassed over 2,3000 yards of total offense and 30 touchdowns… helped team win district championship as freshman and junior, but guided team to win bi-district all four years… as a freshman was named utility player of the year… as a junior, was named first team all-district and second team all-state… academically, was part of the National Honors Society and was selected first team academic all-district all four years.
 
Personal: Parents are Adrian and Shaneka Thomas… started playing football at five years old… has two younger brothers… plans to major in kinesiology because he enjoys working with sports and would like to help athletes continue to play the game they love for as long as possible.
