High School: Played at Lamar Consolidated High School... was a two-time first team all-district and all-area back... rushed for 1,274 yards and 13 touchdowns on 153 carriesas a senior... rushed for over 100 yards in seven of nine games and went over 200 yards in each of his last two games... also rushed for over 1,000 yards as a junior. 

Personal: Son of Rodney and Kesha Leonard... studying environmental science... has a brother, Khalen... was born on June 5, 1995.
